Efficient & Reliable Delivery

Systems generally arrive at your door within 3-5 weeks of placing a custom order. This includes the time needed for parts arrival, individual part validation, completed build process, full system testing, and then shipment. Systems with custom loops are closer to the 5 week estimation. Systems with off the shelf Air or AIO cooling take less time, closer to the 3 week estimation. Timing can vary based on the individual build requirements and our order volume.

Systems are packaged securely to meet their individual shipping requirements. All systems are shipped with tracking, are fully insured, and require signature confirmation. Some require freight and/or pallet shipping depending on the size and weight of the system.

Transparent Pricing

Our pricing is as simple and transparent as we can make it. We use as close to flat rates as is reasonably possible and list them clearly.

For custom builds, our Pricing is as follows:

1. Part Cost

2. Material Cost- Paint, Raw Metal, Acrylic, Wood, etc. (when applicable)

3. Flat Rate Service Fee(s)*

4. Shipping and/or Delivery (when applicable)

5. Sales Tax (when applicable)

   *For Quick Ship Pre-Configured Systems, our service fee is variable based on part availability and cost. We generally try to keep the service fee on these consistent with our individually custom systems. Pricing and part choice is based on what is regularly and currently available that allows for a similar build service fee to said induvial custom options.

We strive to resolve any issues you might encounter with your computer as quickly and efficiently as possible. We remain flexible in our approach, allowing us to assist each customer in the way that best suits their individual preferences. We make it a priority to imagine the situation from your perspective and we treat each person just as we would want to be treated ourselves.

We offer multiple methods of contact so we know it’s easy to get a hold of us. Because it’s so easy, if we don’t respond, that’s our failure. We make sure to respond. Most inquiries are responded to within 24-48 hours. We may not be able to provide a complete response within that timeframe as many questions require some level of research. We will provide an update with a complete response as soon as we can after the initial confirmation.
